Light weight Metal Processing Introduction

MPC Technology (Multi-layer Plasma Coating) is an alloy hard oxide coating technology mainly used for surface treatment of lightweight metals, including aluminum, magnesium, and titanium alloys. MPC forms an oxide layer on these metals, addressing six major challenges at once: wear resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, thermal shock resistance, aesthetic coloring, and low friction/chemical resistance. This enhances the longevity and reliability of optical light absorbance, Ai glasses frames, aerospace, medical, 3C, and industrial components.
